Individual Therapy
One-on-one online therapy sessions. Together, we’ll work on the challenges you’re facing, whether that’s anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, or something else. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to your unique needs and pace.

Anxiety
Does your mind feel like it never stops racing? Do worries take over, making it hard to focus, sleep, or simply enjoy life?
Panic Attacks
Have you ever felt an intense rush of fear out of nowhere, your heart pounding, your chest tightening, your breath slipping away, leaving you feeling helpless?
Fear/Phobia
Is fear keeping you from doing things you want or need to do? Do certain situations or objects trigger intense panic that feels impossible to control?

There are, however, certain areas that fall outside my scope of training and experience. In these cases, I recommend seeking support from a professional with specialized expertise. These areas include: Developmental conditions such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders, couple and family therapy, eating disorders, psychotic disorders, substance use and addiction, crisis situations requiring immediate or intensive psychiatric care.
Who I work with
Everyone's story is unique, and I'm here to meet you where you are. I work with young people aged 18+, adults under 65, and individuals from diverse backrounds. Whether you're navigating life as an expat, setting into a new country, or simply looking for support from home, I'm here to help in Greek or English.

To ensure the best outcomes, I work with evidence-based therapies. In therapy we will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with complementary elements of Schema Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
