No. I work in private practice and therefore you can directly contact me to book a session together.

What happens once I book an appointment?

Once you book a session, I will review your message and send you an email to confirm the best time for us to have an introductory call. During our free call, we’ll discuss basic details such as what brought you to therapy, your expectations, and any other important practical information. This will help us explore whether we are a good fit to work together and if I can offer the support you need. When we agree to work together, we then schedule our first session and we begin!
